FAQ's Yes. On all of our products, we require a minimum order of 25. Do you carry anything in stock? We manufacture everything to order. What is the normal lead time? For clear stitched menu covers the lead time is 6-8 working days plus shipping. For hardcovers, it may vary. Without a logo the lead time is 8-10 working days. With a logo the lead time is 12-15 working days plus shipping. Is there an additional charge for a RUSH order? No. How are your menus sized? Whether it’s a clear stitched menu cover or a hard cover, we manufacture all menu covers to fit your paper size. What shipping method do you use? We normally ship all orders by FedEx Ground to our US and Canadian customers. UPS and FedEx expedited services are also available when necessary. Do Canadian customers have to pay broker fees, duties & taxes? No. Do you offer free samples? Yes. Samples of our products are available free of charge. We have chosen certain versions in each style for sample requests. If you are requesting a different color other than what we use, we will provide a color swatch of the actual material. How do I submit my logo? Artwork can be emailed, mailed or sent on a CD. Logos, images, or artwork sent, must be clear. We cannot accept artwork that is blurry, faxed, shaded, patterned, or screened.
